Sunday saw me run my fourth half marathon in four weeks at Sheffield, the steel city, famed for many things I'm sure but in my opinion, it should most definitely be famous for is... super spectators! The full 13.1 miles were lined with people cheering, clapping and generally bring absolute vibes to the event! Thank you guys!

Thanks are also due to the wonderful John and Clair (shout out Team Caterpillar!) for being my road trip buddies and also, the tour de force that is Rob who kept me smiling, laughing and trying to understand his charming Huddersfield accent from start to finish!

If you enjoy watching this even half as much as I enjoyed running it... well you may well be in for a treat!
