This is a 3-attack kill combo on Mario with Donkey Kong in Saffron City. It consists of 2 throws and one fully charged B attack. There is no way for Mario to escape, besides help from an external factor.

This also works on every other character. The exceptions are Jigglypuff and Donkey Kong, where you have to alter the combo slightly. For Jigglypuff, do a short hop before using Donkey Kong's fully charged B attack. For Donkey Kong, throw him 3 times instead of 2, then use Donkey Kong's fully charged B attack.
