This is a new romhack of SMB2 which is meant to emulate Super Monkey Ball Deluxe. The biggest differences between this and ordinary deluxe is that it can be played on Dolphin/Wii and several stages have had their visuals changed to make them look more polished. This was played on a Wii using a GC controller.
