This song is a beauty, once after Princess Toadstool learns the truth that Mario and Luigi got captured by the Top 2 Goombas, she cries in tears that no one else is going to rescue her. Meanwhile back inside the Cave, Mario has inner thoughts in his head about going on a date with Princess Toadstool. While Mario is too busy thinking about Toadstool, Luigi gets smart and creates an escape route for him and Mario to escape the Cave. Did you know that in Super Mario Bros. Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario World, Mario is not alone on the adventure even though that the Instruction Manual Booklet States that it is only Mario who is rescuing the Princess in fact when you play 2 Player Mode inside those games, the 2nd Player plays as Luigi.
