0:00 - 0:08 is the normal amount of time the shine takes to appear
0:16 - 0:17 shows that you can make the shine appear instantly by pausing and then unpausing.
This is only useful when you are near the shine anyway. Then, it might save you like 1 or 2 seconds, depending on where you are.
Don't bother doing this when you're kinda far away from the shine. You might as well let it appear normally, in that case.
