This was found after Espyo made a comment saying there actually is a shine on the PAL version. So credit goes to him for this, mainly.
I never thought I'd say this, but....this is a thing.
If you look at my previous video, it's obvious I was playing on the Japanese version, which freezes. EDIT: The US version also has this fix, there was just a little confusion going on.
