so... since everyone started the timer when the screen isn't black anymore i retimed my run and figured out i started the timer 3.66 sec to late (as you can see here: imgur.com/a/CXqDt ).. and 39.04 - 3.66 is 35.38. How can this be WR and how did i realize this after 8 days?
