Nothing beats boss music! This adventurous theme plays in the lead-up stage to a fight against the Koopalings, in the same vein as "Bowser in the Dark World" (Super Mario 64) or "Bowser's Galaxy Reactor" (Wii).

This stage would have more small planets and my own idea of having different-strengthed pull-stars (blue, yellow and red) at the center of the planets and elsewhere, something that I think should have been incorporated into the game, and as per the title, part of Bowser's and his children's experiments with forces and gravity.
