Alright, so, I haven't done much Mario music. I know; it's MARIO Paint, how can I have not done much Mario music? :P Anyway, I had this theme stuck in my head recently and decided to give it a shot. It's one of my favorite Bowser-related themes in the Mario franchise, up there with the final battle themes from Super Mario World and Yoshi's Island, the World 8 theme from 3D World, King of the Koopas from Paper Mario, and Ultimate Koopa from 64.
