Hey, some more Pokémon music. Been a while since the last one. This was originally done for a collab that's still in the works, but was also featured in the Best Of Mario Paint Hangout collab, which you can find here: youtube.com/watch?v=P2CSz_sNi10
I'm actually not a huge fan of BW1; the story never really caught my interest until the end, when Ghetsis did his big evil reveal and the castle sequence showed how N was manipulated throughout his life. That part did hit hard. As for the soundtrack, normally, I just kind of don't pay attention to early-game music, but I actively dislike most of the early-game music in BW1. It picks up in the mid- to late-game in a big way, however. My favorites being Driftveil City, Mistralton City, Opelucid City White, Route 10, and the Ghetsis battle theme. In fact, Route 10 is probably top 3 endgame route themes, imo; up there with GSC/HGSS Route 26/27 and RSE/ORAS Ever Grande City. I think BW2 are the better games between the two parts of Gen 5, both in a gameplay sense and a soundtrack sense; that game added stuff like Colress Battle, Reversal Mountain, the rival encounter theme, and the Champion battle theme.
