Welcome everyone to my 100% walkthrough for Super Mario 3D Land on the 3DS! In this walkthrough, we will be collecting every star coin and hitting the top of every flag pole with both characters! This fun game switched up the formula by combining 3D Mario exploration with 2D Mario levels for a fun, unique Mario game. Please keep in mind that many levels require star coins to unlock with several requiring more star coins than is available in the game. You can find extras in Mystery Houses if you need more. They regenerate over time and you can also Streetpass with other players to get more.
In this part, we tackle the first world of the game, World 1. However, this time, we are playing as Luigi who is unlocked after beating Special 1-Castle as Mario. We also get all the star coins in case you missed them as Mario.
