In this video, we're gonna get together and learn how to paint a dramatic sunset at a rocky beach with an arched rock. This is a good lesson for beginners on up!
I’m painting on a 12x16-inch stretched canvas, but you can paint on any type and size of canvas you like.
I used:
• A 1-inch flat brush (available at www.paintingwithjane.com)
• A variety of angle brushes (5/8, 1/2, & 1/4-inch)
• #6 cloud brush (available at www.paintingwithjane.com)
• A piece of chalk
• Matte medium (optional)
I’m using Liquitex Basics acrylic paint in the following colors:
• Mars Black
• Titanium White
• Quinacridone Magenta
• Primary Yellow
• Ultramarine Blue
But you can use any colors you like.
