The sunrise this morning at The Cut Beach in Water Mill (a hamlet of Southampton), NY was absolutely spectacular even though these colors only lasted approximately 2 mins. With a very calm 4mph wind and a quiet Atlantic Ocean the reflection of the colors spanned the entire frame of my drone camera. Seen here is where the Town of Southampton dredged an opening between Mecox Bay and the Ocean as they do every year to keep the salinity high enough in the bay to support sea life. It was °31, NW4mph
