Access Hollywood’s Emily Orozco spoke to Olympic gold medalist Suni Lee at the 2026 ESPY Awards red carpet where she spoke about her comeback to gymnastics. “I’ve honestly known that I’ve wanted to come back since the Olympics in 2024 after I fell on the beam. I went up to my coach and I was like, ‘We’re coming back.’ I’m honestly really excited and I just want to show everybody my full potential as well as show it to myself. I think sometimes when I get up there, I overthink and it just, kind of like, I lose my groove a little bit. This time around, I’m going to be strong-minded and just get up there.”
