Aged 16 and armed only with an iconic Atari ST, Richard Doak embarked upon a lifelong love affair with electronic music, releasing tunes and playiing live consistently ever since, latterly under the moniker Doak 16. Seventeen years ago this love pervaded his day job too, pulling him into a career as a music youth worker where he remains to this day. It's a career that has taken him all over Europe, working with young people and leading them in an exploration of the fabulous musical genre we all love.
