Summer Solstice in Iceland | 8 Peaceful Arctic Minutes

I want to share this very natural summer solstice moment with you from Melrakkaslétta plain in north-east Iceland. I had the place for myself while the sun made its annual flatline path just above the horizon. Only the birds interrupted the silence, and I decided to relax in the car after a long day of chasing light and let my Nikon capture the peace for a few minutes to give you an idea about "being there" without any video or sound effects. The audio is, however, a bit low, but so was the mood, and that's what I'm delivering now. I have more videos from this trip coming soon, good photo tours mean lots of processing :) But i hope you like this low-key version.
