Back in the summer of 2023, there were some awesome trains that travelled through California's central valley. A few of those goodies are featured in this video. The highlight of the video is a westbound manifest heading to Richmond with a CSX and BNSF executive MAC as rear DPUs. Also seen in the video is a westbound grain train with a Ferromex and warbonnet as well as still having mid-DPUs. Usually any type of DPU on the unit grain trains will get taken off in the Bakersfield Yard before continuing west but this one still had two mids! You will see the Y-BAK2071 job with two dash 8s do some switching as well. There are plenty more things to see so you'll just have to watch the video to find out! Enjoy!
