Duck is struggling to keep to time as he starts life on his new branch line, so a happy - go - lucky bus named Graham is sent to assist him, which Duck resents very much.

This pretty much started after Tunnel Trouble came out and I caught myself wondering "What if we had a story about Duck's early days on the branch line?" - after all, we had a whole Railway Series book about Thomas' first days, so why not Duck?
And that's when I turned to the briliant Haydn Spencer (Halfbakedhex8) to see what he made of it. I had written up something prior to going to him, but i hated it (first drafts in a nutshell :P) Haydn suggested the idea of getting the bus company involved, which i thought was interesting, so i went back and rewrite it. Then, I showed it to Haydn, who suggested edits (ie told me it was shit) and I rewrote it again, and well..that's pretty much it on the story front. I thank Haydn dearly and suggest you check out his channel if you haven't already.
It was really fun to try and capture a GWR like location, with the rolling stock and signal box and seasides - i enjoyed making the sets in this, a few of them were inspired by Series 3 and my craft has only gotten better from here (yeah, i've already got the next episode in the works)
Been a bit hectic since the last episode - i received a new laptop for Christmas and so have had to install the software i use again - it was a lot harder than i thought it would be. This is also a reason why the greenscreening is a little crap..yeah
