The Leo Total Solar Eclipse at 20 degrees on August 12, 2026 brings a dramatic interruption and reset to our creative life force, heart energy, identity, relationships, and personal expression as the Sun is completely blocked for 2 minutes and 18 seconds. This powerful eclipse temporarily turns off the external spotlight, inviting us to recognize who we are without validation, recognition, familiar roles, or outdated attachments, while revealing what has lost its energy, magnetism, or meaning in our lives. With Mercury, Jupiter, the Sun, and Moon all in Leo, alongside Saturn and Neptune retrograde in Aries, there is tremendous fire energy supporting rapid changes, courageous decisions, new manifestations, creative breakthroughs, and passionate forward movement, especially after old energies and comfort zones are released.
