Why the Kaplan Center for Integrative Medicine?
Be cared for by an unequaled group of board-certified physicians and specialists.

When your health problems are complex, it can be difficult and frustrating to find answers. Your primary care physician may be treating your symptoms without understanding the root of your illness or pain. At the Kaplan Center, you will find a highly dedicated and skilled team of medical professionals working towards one common goal: returning you to optimal health and keeping you there. Our uniquely integrative, non-surgical treatment approach, combined with a functional medicine perspective, is highly successful in identifying and addressing the root cause of disease. For more than 30 years, we have delivered superior, cutting-edge health care in the Washington, DC area.

Dr. Gary Kaplan, our Medical Director and founder, is one of only 19 physicians in the country who is board-certified in both family medicine and pain medicine. Our multidisciplinary medical team includes board-certified physicians skilled in osteopathic manipulative treatment, medical acupuncture, regenerative medicine (prolotherapy, stem cell therapy, and PRP), as well as licensed physical therapists, a psychotherapist, a nutritionist, and a meditation counselor.
