The benefits of high accuracy Augmented Reality (AR) are self-evident for complex infrastructure projects. However, positioning accuracy may get in the way of deploying augmented reality in places such as downtown core. In such situations, alternative positioning methods, such as those incorporated into the vGIS solution, help addressing the problem as shown in this video.
