Testing the engine movement on startup and non loaded torque.
One of the oldest known problems to me of Subaru is the engine mounts in second hand cars. This one is around 18 years old and had started to destroy its CV shafts in only a matter of less than 500km of driving because of the engine and transmission mount rubber decay.
All three mounts (two engine and one transmission, but not the engine steady top mount) were replaced and with the transmission mount, a Whiteline rubber bush insert was put into a new main transmission torque suppressor mount (kdt956) for Subaru manual transmission.
This allows use of cheap CV shafts by more rigid anti torque to prevent CV shaft violent loaded transmission torsion vibration.

Like i wrote before, the turbine and charger behave similar to a car alternator and it voltage regulator through the magnet spindle to produce charge.
voltage builds as much as possible and may have some type of regulator feed to assist the magnetic rotor spindle to induce in the stator windings. When voltage is above battery level and rotation is constant, the amperage fed back is high, if it is only recent at the required voltage then current fed back is minimal.
Wind has been blowing less pulsing and less gusting, although it effectively never reached more than 4 m/s in the 5 days i had the turbine in place.")
