When you're inside blocks like sun blocks and the push block in snowhead, you can clip OoB by sidehopping against the wall as deku, or by taking some recoil against the wall. I use that concept twice here.
Note that it is required to unload the room to be able to ledge clip there, even if you were to remove the sun block, link can't grab that ledge in the loaded room (likely because of the water)
