In standard cosmology, structure forms hierarchically.
Small first. Large last.
Beyond a few tens of megaparsecs, gravity should lose its grip and expansion should dominate.
But a new survey tracks coherent structure out to four hundred megaparsecs and beyond.
That creates a serious problem of time, mechanism, and scale.
