This freaks out my camera and I need some more LEDs, but it works well when seen in person. First test with a reciprocating pump, a 1W 395nm LED, and water tinted with Wildfire Luminescent water dye. The LED is strobed by an Atmel ATTiny48 and is adjustable with a knob from about ~58-62Hz to vary 'direction' of droplets. 10us pulse length which seems to work well.
