Have you been staring at the computer screen all day? If so, it's time for a break. Research shows that spending some time in green spaces (parks, forests, etc.) can help relieve stress and lower blood pressure.
If you can't get to a green space at the moment, simply looking at pictures and videos of green areas can do the same.
So give this two-minute video a try and see if it doesn't help relax and refresh you!
