As far back as the start of the Bell Chimes In video series, if not earlier, I’ve gotten repeated requests to share my personal Qi cultivation practices. Most Eastern esoteric paths espouse that a practitioner proactively cultivate and strengthen the personal Qi, or life force, because when you do any form of intense occult work, you’re drawing from that pool of personal Qi. To maintain optimal health, and that’s physical, mental, and psychic-spiritual health, cultivation practices are necessary.
This video chat is my response and answer to the question. What I ended up touching upon, however, is what I hope to be very practical tips anyone of any path or background can implement for noticeable self-improvement.
Even though this is just an opinion piece, I titled it “Essential Guide to All Metaphysicians,” one, as clickbait, and two, because I do touch on some of the common health concerns metaphysicians tend to experience as an occupational hazard, and how to ameliorate the deficiencies.
