Why can a smaller athlete out-jump a massive powerlifter?
Because Strength is not Power. ❌

Strength is about max force. Power is Force × Velocity. ⚡️
But true explosiveness adds a critical constraint: Time. ⏱️

It’s called Rate of Force Development (RFD).

RFD = Change in Force / Change in Time

It’s not about how much force you have eventually, but how steeply you can drive it up instantly. 📈
