Below you can find a list of some of the equipment we used when installing and running Steam Link on your Raspberry Pi. For the best streaming experience, we recommend using at least a Pi 5.

Micro SD Card: amzn.to/3US0ZUz
Ethernet Cable: amzn.to/3K8BcT7

The Steam Link software allows you to easily stream your games from a Steam client to the Raspberry Pi. It manages to do this while maintaining super low latency and a decent quality image.

Best of all, as you will see within this video the Steam Link software is really easy to set up. You can configure this streaming software in just a few short minutes and have it paired with your more painful machine with simple PIN code.

While you can get a better streaming image on your Raspberry Pi with software like Moonlight, the Steam Link route is definitely the easiest one to use. It even has built-in support for a wide variety of the most popular controllers such as the Xbox and PlayStation controllers.
