All aboard! Please join me for this scenic Strasburg Rail Road steam train ride located in Ronks, Pennsylvania, which is in Lancaster County, which is in Amish Country. It's the oldest continuously operating railroad in the nation. Before the train ride, I was given a private tour of all the train cars, which originally were built between 1896-1913. After the train ride, I took a tour of the nearby Engine House/Mechanical Shop, where they repair the locomotives, including the Thomas & Friends locomotive. The ride is narrated and takes about 45 minutes round trip. You'll see lots of beautiful Amish farmland along the way!
