Here is my final test version of this wonderful oscillator :) I also did some experiment to see how low I can bring the current draw and I was able to have the LED flash at about 10 hz (maybe more didn't measure it) at around 800 uAmp anything lower was either not working or the led was not flashing at all. I will do more experiment on this one I'll test it's limit :) Thanks for watching!
