I genuinely feel like I have made this video before, I even remember editing it. But I couldn't find it so I'm making it again.
In it we discuss the merits of straight hitting vs round blows (the clue is in the title really)
Anyway, there you go, I hope you like it, I'm only sorry it has taken so long to make it. I could blame the baby, but in reality she's only part of the reason. But on the plus side one of the other reasons is that my 8 year old, the one who had cancer, has recently taken up Muay Thai and BJJ. So stopping him from kicking the bejesus out of me is taking up a lot of my time too.
I guess I'm rambling now, and I also guess no-one ever reads these descriptions so if you have read this, please let me know.
Post something obscure in the comments, in fact just post "Muay Thai" in the comments and let's see if we can confuse the hell out of people that read the comments but not the descriptions...
