Recently, XSEED Games, as the publisher of Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life which is a remake of Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life which was originally released on the Nintendo Gamecube, released their latest trailer. The trailer describes the overall gameplay of the game, starting from the varied character customization, the core gameplay in gardening, raising livestock, mining, fishing, and of course socializing. Several heart events, minigames, and festivals are also shown in the 2-minute video. Even the changes in the main character's aging are also evident in this trailer until they finally have children until they grow up.
But there is something interesting, at the end of the video they display a logo other than the Nintendo Switch console. Yes, Story of Seasons: A Wonderful Life is confirmed to be released multiplatform not only Nintendo Switch, but also Playstation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and of course PC in Summer 2023. What do you think? Will it still play on Nintendo Switch or on other consoles?

Finally, after so long waiting for confirmation from XSEED Games to announce the release date of Rune Factory 5 for the western version. Through the Future Game Show at E3 2021, they announced that the western version of Rune Factory 5 will be coming to Nintendo Switch in early 2022 with English voice actors. There has been no further announcement whether it will be present on other platforms as happened with Rune Factory 4 Special.
Even though this means that the game is again delayed from its initial target of being released in 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been postponed to 2021 and is now postponed again in 2022. We hope that some of the current issues in the Japanese version have been fixed since the first day that Rune Factory 5 was released in the western version.
