We chose this story because we want to encourage people to speak up if something similar has happened to them and to seek help if they're still in such a situation. We hope this video will encourage people to feel empathy and compassion for those who have gone through such experiences. And we hope that it will encourage us all to do what we can to prevent these things from happening. Even if it does happen we want to encourage people to speak up for their own safety

Rellik is forced to decide between leaving his past or start a new life when he is admitted into an unethical mental hospital for destroying property. We learn about his past and why he is so attached to Mia after losing his only friend, Susie. Is he making things worse or should he open up and allow others to help him? Susie: *Rock being thrown. click, click, click* Rellik!!
Ahhh. (Opening eyes and staring up at his bedroom ceiling) My ears are bleeding again. It must have been that last slap to the face.
Susie: Down here loser! Hurry up man, Im getting soaked!
Rellik: Susie? If my dad hears you hes going to beat me for it. I told you, I cant today.
Susie: Oh come on, well be in and out before he even hears a thing! If you dont come down here, Ill yell and wake your dad up! 1! 2!...
Rellik: SHHHH. Okay okay, fine. Im coming.
Susie: Damn! Your drunk loser dad hit you pretty bad this time. Theres some blood running down your ear. Remind me again why you dont just report him and live with your mom?
Susie: ...Hey, hey Rellik you listening? I said, wheres Keepsake?
Rellik: What? Oh, ah I completely forgot. I didnt think I would even come tonight, it totally slipped my mind.
Susie: Whatever, we can fill him in tomorrow. Anyway, I picked the lock open, come in before someone sees.
Rellik: Hey-what? Howd we end up here?
Susie: Um...we walked? You told me to break into the medicine cabinet and grab you the pain killers. Are you okay?
Rellik: Im fine. I just had a brain fart. Lets do this. I want to numb everything, all of it; my dad, the bullies at school, everything!
Susie: Whoa there. I dont think thats a good idea. At least look at the bottle before you start emptying them like that. Who knows- Thats too many!
Veterinary doctor: Oh my god what have you done?!? Look at this mess! My files, the tables, my medications, and...where are my animals?!
Rellik: Shhh shhh shhh. Please, your voice is splitting my head into two.
Veterinary doctor: Stay right there Im calling the police!
Rellik: No! Wait, lets work this out. Im sorry for the mess. Ill clean it right up and Ill pay for the damages just dont call the police.
Veterinary doctor: Pay for losses?! Son, you guys burned down half the block. I have no choice.
Rellik: What?! (Sees the full damage) Oh damn.
Rellik: Susie?! You too?! tried to tell them it was all me but they didnt listen.
Susie: Hey, Im tough remember!? And besides, I made you come out with me. Hows your head?
Rellik: Its okay but Im losing chunks of memory still. I dont even remember when I got here.
Susie: You havent been taking the medication have you? You have to stop! I dont know what it is but its probably causing your memory loss. Whatever theyre doing here, its illegal.
Rellik: Susie, I dont think thats a good idea. I dont want to make things worse. I mean, we did burn down a building.
Susie: Look at me! We are not crazy; you are not crazy. St. Elizabeths is not a hospital, its a research center! Why do you think some people never leave?!
Rellik: No. We should just do nothing. If were quiet they wont even notice us or itll all just go away.
Susie: What, just like your dad at home? You need to stand up for yourself and take matters into your own hands or else theyll never stop! Look around! Theyre keeping us drugged so we can forget everything thats going on here. Im not going to sit around and wait for something to happen. Im escaping from here and youre going to help.
Susie: Every now and then the guard meets up with a nurse and they both go into the storage room for a few hours. I figured that is when we make our escape. All youll need to do is grab his keys and wait until theyre together then unlock the door and come get me. Room 217.
Rellik: Fine but how am I going to get his keys?
Susie: Like this! (Punch to Relliks face)
Rellik: OWW! What the f... why did you....(Punch)
Susie: Its your fault Im here! You son of a b-
Rellik: OWWW Get off me! HELP!!
Somehow I managed to see straight and saw the guard rushing over pulling Susie off me. I saw the keys dangling off his belt loop and I glanced over to Susie being held back by the guards. She started mouthing Grab it, grab the keys... And then I unclipped them from his pants and quickly tucked them into my socks and pulled my pant leg down. And then I heard her voice for the last time:
I waited in my room running the plan in my head waiting to hear the sound of 2 doors shutting. One for the person theyd take out of the room and the second when the nurse and guard meet in the storage room.
