Here is a Japanese commercial for Nikka Whiskey featuring a pre-Disney Winnie The Pooh-type character. It is from around the 1960s. It is unknown who animated the bear or made the commercial. Now I found out who animated it: Tad Mochinaga. He worked on those Rankin-Bass specials back in the 1960s. Shout out to YouTube user, Alicethegoon-q6y for the information. Thank you.
