Here is a commercial for Sankyu Inc. Enterprises. This commercial was from 1990. There is something about the dragon, either it is a new model created from scratch, or a recycled model from the dragon from the film, DIVA AND THE NETHERWORLD (1980). I don't know who animated it, but I think it could be the same guy who animated the dragon from that bizarre film.
