How to Use a Chamfered Silicone Tool for Perfect Sealant Finishes

After my last video, I got a comment asking: "Why is the tool chamfered on one side, and should you actually use it?" Great question! While I’ve always used the flat edge first for a single-pass smooth finish, I’ve tested the chamfered edge properly—and it turns out, it has some real benefits:
✅ Removes excess silicone before smoothing
✅ Reduces drag and resistance for a smoother glide
✅ Pushes silicone into small gaps for better coverage
