Eggs
In a cold pan, spray with Pam or coat with butter or oil
Crack eggs into pan
Add salt, pepper, cheese, and milk
mix all the ingredients together
Let sit for a few minutes, cook from cold
Fold eggs once a base has set and start scrambling

30 seconds on heat, 30 seconds off
They are done when they're nice and creamy, and just under fully cooked (they will finish cooking on the plate)

When you plate them, let them rest for a few minutes

Hashbrowns
Heat cast iron to a medium/high heat
Add oil in bottom of pan, let it get pretty hot
Add hash browns, add seasoned salt, pepper, and onion powder

Let the bottom crisp up and stir / flip when at your desired texture
Keep flattening out the hashbrowns until you reach desired texture, but make sure they are fully cooked and not burnt
