The registry period for Canada's gun "buyback" -- or as the Redneck Preppy has dubbed it -- confiscation program, has closed. In the run up to it, and afterwards, a few gunnies have been quite open about their intention to defy federal firearms laws and not turn in their prohibited rifles. The Redneck has a simple message for them.
