If you're gay and feel alone, attacked, desperate and helpless (or know someone who is), I'd like to highly recommend STONEWALL UPRISING, an excellent documentary about the Stonewall Riots in 1969 where gay people battled with the police after a raid on the Stonewall Inn in Greenwich Village and unwittingly started the gay rights movement.
