In honor of Black History Month, I thought I'd revisit GLORY, the excellent 1989 film directed by Edward Zwick that tells the true story of the 54th Massachusetts Infantry regiment, one of the first black units to fight in the Civil War. It's not only a great piece of black history, but American history.
