Early in the morning of January 4, 2024, Little Rock Police Department cop Wally Riddick let his running patrol vehicle unattended at the LRPD 12th Street Substation and it was stolen and later wrecked. This is the 911 call and subsequent radio traffic. The vehicle was stolen by a 22 year old with a documented history of mental illness.
