This video is a review of the new Stila Stay All Day Prime & Anti-Shine Balm. It's a solid balm (looks and feels like Smashbox Photo Ready if you put it in a compact in a solid form) that can be used under makeup as primer and over makeup to blot away shine. You can also use it over makeup in place of powder. I chose to use it as a primer because I'm too lazy to do touch ups throughout the day.
It retails for $30 and can be purchased from Sephora, ULTA, Nordstrom, and Stila.
