My review of the new L'Oreal Caresse Wet Shine Lip Stain. My hair was so flat in this video! Gah! By the way, I totally forgot to mention that the company claims this product is hydrating, however, I didn't find this claim to be true. The longer I wore it the dryer my lips felt. So, I don't really feel like it delivered on that end.
