So Vlogmas was a bust.
Getting sick was not part of the plan.
Getting some really bad news that took a while for me to wrap my head round was not part of the plan.
My travel plans for the holidays didn’t quite work out as, well, planned.
The end of this year has been a bit of a bummer. But there’s a fresh new pile of year to dive into and I’d love to just jump forward.

Status Report
- My Rey socks are about to be frogged for the second time.
- My Leaves of Grass Pi Shawl is complete through Chart C and I need to find time to put in the lifeline before starting Chart D
- Finished the Mawson Hat in Newsprint
- Finished my Rhinebeck Sweater Weather socks putting in the heels (Sweet Georgia Tough Love Sock in Saffron)
- Finished my Voolenvine Yarns Not a Creature Was Stirring socks - and I think these are my favourite socks I made all year
- Finishing the Burnaby Hat by Jared Flood in the Tincture colourway, BT Arbor
Box O Sox Kal
- Its returning for 2017 and I’m in the planning phase right now of picking patterns AND yarn for each month.

Knitter’s World
- traveling to Florida on holiday for a week
- I’ll be traveling to New York for VKL
