In this episode, Alexandra chats to psychic medium Stewart Keeys.
Stewart began seeing and experiencing interactions with Spirit as a child when he and his family lived in a haunted house. From there, he went on to receive predictions and see apparitions.
‘The haunting did ramp up,’ says Stewart. ‘To the point where we actually had poltergeist activity within the house. That was quite unnerving at times. To the point where furniture was stacked up on top of the table… Lots of pictures were all put up in my bedroom and they were all taken down and… as per their size, they were all put in order – the large ones there, the medium ones there, the small ones there… Now, I didn’t hear any of this but I would wake up in the morning and find them all resting against my bed. I didn’t hear a thing and that was actually over my bed so to actually get to it, physically speaking, you have to get up on to the bed and grab the pictures off.’
Stewart, who had an Irish Catholic upbringing and went to Catholic where he was taught bu a ‘scary nun’, says his mum was very spiritual but as a child his dad was ‘about as psychic as a house brick, and in a Catholic upbringing this sort of thing was a big no-no… I grew up with the support of my mum, but was also scared of ridicule, scared of saying things at school, so it was kept very much under wraps.’
At the age of around 18-19, Stewart lost a close friend and he experienced grief at a young age. His parent’s marriage had broken down around the same time.
Stewart says: ‘It was a moment of turmoil, so I started to look for some peace – some sort of solace somewhere along the line… I needed to find something inside… and that’s when it all came. I started to get into meditation and that was the key to it.’
Luckily, Stewart has gone on to develop his incredible gifts and now does readings from his home in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
He has also been involved in the making of numerous films and documentaries about the paranormal and is also called out regularly to help clear the energies in people’s homes.
Alexandra and Stewart recorded this interview at the start of the Coronavirus / Covid-19 virus outbreak. They discuss the role of fear and its impact on the spread of the virus, offering helpful tips to help you keep your vibration high and not buy into the fearful mindset.
