The American Foundation for the Blind (AFB) produced the following video to support our useful toolkit for human resource professionals and hiring managers. This brief video breaks down accessibility concerns during the employee onboarding process for employees who are blind, have low vision, or other disabilities.

Steps for Success: Hiring, Onboarding, and Retaining People Who Are Blind or Have Low Vision provides key best insight, practices, and guidance to ensure barriers to opportunity don’t stand in the way of people who are blind or have low vision.
