For the next book in our #DragonReadingChallenge, we have “The Eyes of the Dragon” by Stephen King from 1987. This review-and-discussion includes spoilers (because it was released over 30 years ago) and my gushing excitement over the story and characters. I enjoyed the story greatly, although we will go into some of the bits that took me out of the story because this is a discussion.
If y’all get nothing else out of this review, let me remind you of this: Demons are bad. If your bad guy is a demon, that’s why he’s bad.

BTW: I realized after recording that I gave you the “end” of the spider info-dump example around the 12:45 mark and could’ve given you a hundred other examples of info-dumping that were better. Sorry about that.
Also: I’ve fixed the wiring in the “studio,” but the internet gave me a problem around the 52-minute mark. It clears up pretty quickly. Sorry about that, too. The point I’m making there is Flagg went after Thomas and manipulated that kid at every turn.
