Steelbreaker is a vehicle-only single-player/co-op mod inspired by the 'Mirny-13' Halloween mode of World of Tanks. It puts the player in command of one of several types of armoured vehicles in a 5-player platoon.
The players must destroy enemy vehicles which, upon destruction, drop blue matter that any player can collect. The more matter the player collects, the higher their main gun's damage will be. The team must deliver enough matter to a special collector before the time runs out, all the while they're being chased by 'The Apex' - an invincible MBT armed with guided missiles.
If the collector is filled successfully. The Apex becomes vulnerable and destroyed allied vehicles respawn. The round is won by defeating The Apex before the time runs out.

This was my first time playing a PS3 game, and it was fun!
I cant believe it has actually been revived since DICE shut down its BF1943 servers on 8 December 2023. Out of curiosity, I tried to install RPCS3 and find a copy of the game; in the end, the server is actually working!
