Finally, I made significant updates to this mod.

Day and night cycles have been added to this map.
Weapons, equipment, and vehicles have been adjusted for the cartels.
The map lighting has been remade. The shadows are darker now.
The Spanish VOs also have been added, they were ported and converted from Battlefield Bad Company 2.
